Harbor City Narbonne defensive back Sean Parker has picked Washington as his college choice.
USC, Michigan and others had made strong pushes for Parker, who played on the Narbonne team that made it to the City Section championship game the last two seasons.
He’s a safety who hits hard and has great speed.
