What would baseball’s All-Star game be without the popular prelude of Fanfest? This year, with the July 13 game being held at Angel Stadium, Fanfest won’t be far for baseball fans in Southern California.

The five-day event will be held at the nearby Anaheim Convention Center July 9-13. Tickets go on sale Tuesday.

Fanfest is an indoor baseball theme park that features more than 40 attractions, including interactive exhibits, clinics, seminars and free autograph sessions that this year will include Angels legends along with members of the baseball Hall of Fame. All attractions are included in the price of admission; concessions and memorabilia are not.

Tickets, which are sold on a timed-entry basis, are $30 for adults and $25 for senior citizens, military personnel and children 12 and younger; children 2 and younger are free. Family packs are available. Tickets can be purchased online through MLB’s website, the Angels official website, at Angels Stadium or by calling (888) Fanfest (326-3378).
