Many of you Fabulous Forum regulars may be wondering -- what happened to Jim Fox‘s blog posts?

The Kings color commentator was kind enough to be a guest blogger in the early part of the season, offering his insight on the team. However, expanded duties with the Kings has prevented him from continuing to be a regular contributor to the blog.

Here’s Fox’s message to his followers in the blogosphere:

‘I assume that those of you who followed my blogs earlier in the hockey season have been wondering why I have not been writing lately. I apologize for not getting word to you sooner, but I have been trying to work things out as far as finding the time to work on the blogs. Due to some changes in my duties with the Los Angeles Kings, I feel that I no longer have the appropriate time to continue writing. My roles with our Alumni Association and the Kings Fan Development Departments have increased significantly to the point that I have been asked to shift some of my duties and increase my participation in those areas. As I hope you have noticed, the Times has increased their coverage of the Kings extensively and that includes traveling writers to away games, so hopefully this will help everyone who wishes to follow Kings news. I would like to thank Helene Elliott and the Los Angeles Times for the opportunity and I appreciate their support. Thanks!’
