were arrested at a gas station in Erlanger, Ky., early Wednesday morning for allegedly being "extremely intoxicated" in public.

Jericho Jericho and Helms were taken into custody in Kenton County around 5 a.m., accused of  "alcohol intoxication in a public place."

Jericho and Helms were in the area after filming an episode of "Friday Night Smackdown"  on Tuesday night in Cincinnati. Mug shots of the two appear on the TMZ website.
