UCLA football: Norm Chow situation remains unchanged ... at 10 a.m.

Chow A report on Dan Patrick’s website said that Norm Chow would remain at UCLA, according to a radio interview with Bruins’ Coach Rick Neuheisel this morning.

Neuheisel moments ago said that he only reiterated what he said Wednesday, which was that “Norm told me he is committed to UCLA.”

Neither Chow nor his representative has said he is staying at UCLA. USC officials have made contact with Chow in an attempt to lure him back, but no negotiations had taken place as of last night.

“I told [Dan Patrick] the same thing I said yesterday, that Norm has a job at UCLA,” Neuheisel said.

Asked whether that could change, Neuheisel said, “that can always change.” But, he said, “Norm said he is happy to be here.”
