John Daly tweets over and over: Never mind about that retirement

If you have hours of free time (as John Daly seems to), check out the career-confused Daly’s Twitter offerings since he told a Golf Channel crew filming him for his impending reality show, ‘Being John Daly,’ that he was done with golf after he failed to make the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines on Friday.

His latest Twitter posting today says, ‘like one of my sponsor tells me -- JUST PLAY ANYWAY.’

Here’s another among about a dozen very recent ones: ‘I’m going to honor the commitments to the tournaments that have given me sponsors exemptions & will continue to try to get them this year.’
