Now that he has five World Series rings, is New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter ready for his first wedding ring?

According to the New York Post, Jeter and actress Minka Kelly are planning to get married in New York in November. Sports Illustrated also has confirmed the report, but other media outlets are reporting that a wedding hasn’t been planned yet. Some are even saying the couple aren’t even engaged.

Still, none of this should concern Yankees fans. As long as Jeter’s sixth ring has a Yankees logo on it, who cares what the seventh ring looks like?
