Arbitration-eligible Angels Mike Napoli and Reggie Willits joined teammates Jered Weaver and Howie Kendrick in agreeing to one-year contracts with the club Tuesday.

Napoli, who played in a career-best 114 games and drove in a career-high 56 runs in 2009, will make $3.6 million this summer and could add another $100,000 to that in bonuses by starting 120 games. Willits, who has split the last four seasons between the Angels and the minor leagues, will get a $175,000 raise to $625,000.

The Angels have not reached terms with four other arbitration-eligible players: pitcher Joe Sauders, infielders Erick Aybar and Maicer Izturis and catcher Jeff Mathis. If the club and the players cannot come to terms, an arbitrator will set the players’ salary by choosing either a figure offered by the club or one requested by the player. Arbitration hearings are scheduled to be held during the first three weeks in February
