Is LeBron James' full-court football shot real?

A couple of weeks ago, Cleveland Browns Coach Eric Mangini said he'd be willing to give LeBron James a shot at making the team. Well, it looks like the NBA superstar has taken that offer to heart.

Check out this video of James making a full-court shot with a football following Monday's team practice:

Now, before we start chanting, "Bench Brady Quinn!" I have one question: Is this video real? It looks real through the grainy lens that is often YouTube, but maybe it's just some ploy by some desperate Browns fan to get him off the court and on the field. It's not as though fake sports videos are a new thing.

What do you think? Is the video real? And would James have a chance of making it in the NFL?
