The Times reported this morning that three people were arrested in the Newport Beach home-invasion robbery and two suspects were still at large. Four of the suspects, armed with handguns, forced their way into a home in the gated community of Pelican Ridge, according to Newport Beach police.

The Lakers had no comment on the report. Bryant’s agent, Rob Pelinka, did not return phone calls.

Bryant is expected to play tonight when the Lakers face the Utah Jazz at Staples Center.
