Rick Ren, the crew chief who led Ron Hornaday Jr. to his fourth NASCAR Camping World Truck Series championship last month, has decided to leave the team and pursue management opportunities in NASCAR, according to a news release from the team.

Hornaday won a Truck Series record of five races in a row in 2009 and his second Truck Series championship in the last three years for Kevin Harvick Inc.
