Bynum healthy, Gasol not

Lakers center Andrew Bynum practiced today and declared himself ready for action Thursday against Phoenix.

Pau Gasol, on the other hand, did not practice and is not likely to play Thursday, Lakers Coach Phil Jackson said.

Gasol has missed all seven of the Lakers’ games because of a strained right hamstring.

Bynum missed two games because of a strained right elbow and sore right triceps.
