The impending divorce of Frank and Jamie McCourt took a salacious turn this morning when almost 700 pages of documents were dropped off at Los Angeles Superior Court before a divorce hearing.

In the documents, Frank McCourt refers to a trip his wife took with her bodyguard, Jeff Fuller, first to Israel and then to France for more than two weeks. He said the Dodgers were billed for the trip.

Jamie McCourt’s attorneys declined to comment until they had read the filings.

Superior Court Commissioner Scott Jordan, who is overseeing the case, postponed the hearing until Nov. 5 because of the amount of information that was filed.

In addition, the documents alleged insubordination by Jamie McCourt, who was fired by her husband from her position as chief executive a week ago.

The purpose of Frank McCourt’s filing today was to answer a filing Tuesday by Jamie McCourt in which she demanded that she be reinstated to her executive position with the club. In her filing Jamie McCourt asked for $487,634 a month for spousal compensation. The number was lowered to $320,967 if she is reinstated.
