Clippers lead the Lakers at halftime

The Lakers trail the Clippers, 60-57, at halftime of an exhibition game Sunday night at Staples Center.

Reserve forward-center Craig Smith has 16 points for the Clippers, who haven’t trailed in the game.

The Lakers are without injured forwards Luke Walton, Pau Gasol and Lamar Odom. None of the injuries are considered serious.

Andrew Bynum has been one of few bright spots for the Lakers, finishing the first half with nine points and seven rebounds, though he made only two of eight shots.

Odom has missed two games because of a bruised right shin, Gasol has missed three games because of a strained right hamstring and Walton has missed three games because of a sore back.
