Amid the usual spate of soccer matches being televised this weekend, here are six that for one reason or another catch the eye and could be worth watching:

SATURDAY

Seattle Sounders vs Chivas USA, Noon, FSC

Tune in to see why Seattle and its fans have made the Sounders the flagship team in Major League Soccer.

Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid, 1 p.m., Gol TV

Frustrated for 90 minutes by Inter Milan at midweek, Lionel Messi and company could take it out on Madrid’s ‘other’ team.

Guadalajara vs Chiapas, 5 p.m., Telemundo

It’s the first game in charge for new Chivas Coach Jorge Arias and a prelude of sorts to next Wednesday evening’s game against Chivas USA at the Rose Bowl.

SUNDAY

Feyenoord vs PSV Eindhoven, 5:25 a.m., ESPN Deportes

If you’re awake at this hour anyway, there are worse things to do than share your morning coffee with two of the Netherlands’ traditional powers.

Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur, 8 a.m., FSC/FSE

The unbeaten Blues, ranked No. 1 in The Times’ Europe’s Top 20, take on the once-beaten Spurs in a London derby with a bit more edge than usual.

AS Roma vs Fiorentina, 11:30 a.m., FSC/FSE

After Inter Milan, Juventus and AC Milan, these are the teams most likely still to be in contention in Italy when Serie A comes to a boil in the spring.
