First cuts aren’t the deepest for Kings

The Kings reduced their training camp contingent to 52 Wednesday by returning five players to their junior teams and releasing three others from tryouts:

Returned to their junior teams were:

Jean-Francois Berube (Montreal, QMJHL - G)
Nicolas Deslauriers (Rouyn-Noranda, QMJHL - D)
Martin Jones (Calgary, WHL - G)
Brandon Kozun (Calgary, WHL - RW)
Linden Vey (Medicine Hat, WHL - RW)

Released from their training camp tryouts were:

Milan Doczy - D
Radko Gudas - D
Tyler Maxwell - C

The Kings’ next exhibition game is Thursday vs. San Jose at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario. We’ll have the Kings’ lineup for that one later today.
