In the latest edition of HBO’s ‘24/7’ series focusing on the upcoming fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Juan Manuel Marquez, Marquez shows off an unusual training regimen. He drinks his own urine.
Marquez says it is a good way to replenish his system of lost vitamins and other nutrients, many of which are expelled by the body through urine.
Times boxing writer Lance Pugmire caught up with Marquez on Monday and was able to ask him a question about it, which you can view in the video above.
