Several members of the Ducks who weren’t in uniform for the team’s exhibition opener against Phoenix on Wednesday were put to work in other areas.

In an effort to welcome fans back for the new season, the Ducks had players greet customers at the team store, concession stand, will-call window and Fan Zone. Corey Perry, George Parros and Andrew Ebbett did the honors on Wednesday, and other players will be stationed at those posts tonight, before the Ducks’ game against the Vancouver Canucks at the Honda Center.
