Hornaday’s NASCAR Truck Series record winning streak ends in Bristol

Ron Hornaday Jr. was looking to extend his record winning streak in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series on Wednesday night at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee.

In a field that included NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers Kyle Busch and Ryan Newman, Hornaday finished third.

Hornaday, the leader in the Truck Series standings, came into the Truck Series race at Bristol with a record five wins in a row. His streak started on June 20 at The Milwaukee Mile.

In the Bristol race, Busch was the winner, followed by Matt Crafton in second
