Word from The Times’ Dylan Hernandez, who is covering tonight’s Dodgers game in San Francisco, is that Chad Billingsley will not be starting on Wednesday against the Giants as scheduled.

Billingsley, who strained his left hamstring Friday night, threw a bullpen session today and it did not go well.
