It appears Dallas Cowboys tight end Martellus Bennett has been getting more attention off the field than on it these days.

Last week, a four-minute video called ‘Black Olympics’ was posted on his YouTube channel. In the video, Bennett and his older brother engage in a couple ‘events,’ including fried chicken and watermelon-eating contests. Here’s the video:

Bennett said he was ‘just having fun’ and told Michael Irvin on a radio show that he didn’t think the video was offensive or racist. He’s also been twittering a defense of the video.

More than a few people disagree, including Kansas City Star columnist Jason Whitlock and CBSsports.com columnist Mike Freeman.

But what do you think? Is Bennett’s video a harmless joke or is it racially insensitive?
