This doesn’t make me proud but I’ll consume just about any television reality show. I try to guess how the dancers will be scored on ‘Dancing With The Stars.’ I’ll get out the map and plot the course of ‘Amazing Race,’ even searching out blogs that try to out the winning team before the race is televised. Those are respectable reality shows. Really.

But I’ll also watch every episode of all the Real Housewives from Orange County to New Jersey and spots in between (Atlanta and New York). ‘Top Chef,’ ‘Design Star,’ ‘Top Chef Masters,’ ‘Toddlers and Tiaras’ (did I just admit to that?), ‘Miami Social,’ ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8.’ Bad, I know.

Until now. I’ve found a reality show too awful to watch twice. Or even once all the way through:

‘The T.O. Show

Airing on VH1. All about getting to know Terrell Owens. Here’s a highlight from Episode 1: Owens’ associate, go get stuff guy, handyman and forced companion Pablo, released, um, something that smells and usually isn’t done in polite company, while riding with T.O. in T.O.’s Bentley. The moment proves you should never buy a used Bentley because it may not have that ‘new car’ smell. And reality TV may be forever ruined for me. Except I’ve got three episodes of ‘Deadliest Catch’ saved and ready to go.
