Tiger Woods and the NBA Finals
Tiger Woods grew up in Southern California, a devoted fan of the Lakers.
He now lives in Florida, a season-ticket holder to Orlando Magic games.
So you might imagine he'd be a little conflicted about which team to support in the NBA Finals.
"I'm really torn about the NBA finals," he wrote in his monthly newsletter. "I grew up a die-hard Los Angeles Lakers fan, but have season tickets to Orlando Magic games. Hopefully, it will be a great series."
Tough to tell whether a Lakers victory or a Magic victory would be greater in Woods' eyes. He has always played his positions close to the vest, and he's not changing character on this topic.
Either way, he won't be able to get to Games 1 and 2 in L.A. He's playing in the Memorial Tournament this week in Ohio.
