Fullerton advances to College World Series

Cal State Fullerton stayed perfect in the postseason, beating Louisville, 11-2, on Saturday to sweep a Super Regional at Goodwin Field and advance to the College World Series.

Fullerton last week breezed through a regional that included Georgia Southern, Utah and Gonzaga. The Titans walloped Louisville, 12-0, in the Super Regional opener on Friday, and then kept the pressure on early Saturday en route to the win.

Fullerton, which has won four national titles, is heading to Omaha for the World Series for the 16th time.
