ABC mixes sports, comedy and drama on new season of 'The Superstars'

June 25, 2009 |  8:36 am

Editor's note:

A June 25 post on the Fabulous Forum about the premiere of ABC's reality show "The Superstars" was removed because it included opening lines that are similar to a post earlier this week on ESPN.com about the same subject.

The opening lines on the Los Angeles Times post were: "Terrell Owens, Warren Sapp and Lisa Leslie walked into a bar. No punchline, unless you count the new version of ABC's ‘The Superstars.’"

The opening lines on the ESPN.com post were: “An NFL wideout, a WNBA center and a freestyle skier walk into a bar. No, seriously. Terrell Owens, Lisa Leslie and Kristi Leskinen walk into the bar at the Atlantis Resort & Casino in the Bahamas after a long day of competition. No punch line.”
