Worsham looking for three NHRA wins in a row

Del Worsham
, a driver from Chino Hills, has won two NHRA funny car events in a row. He is coming off a win at Bristol Dragway two weeks ago.

The next stop for the NHRA drivers and teams is this weekend at Heartland Park Topeka in Kansas. Worsham, who drives for Al-Anabi Racing, trails Ron Capps, the leader in the funny car standings, by 57 points.

Tony Schumacher has 59 career NHRA wins, including the one at Bristol two weeks ago. But he has never won at Heartland Park Topeka. He leads the top fuel standings by 45 points over Antron Brown.

Ron Hornaday Jr. leads the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series standings as he heads to Dover International Speedway for Friday night’s race. He is coming off a win at Lowe’s Motor Speedway two weeks ago. It was the 40th Truck Series win of his career.
