The MLB Network is planning some extensive coverage of the Dodgers’ signing of Manny Ramirez on its 4 p.m. show. Because this story has been so full of inside sourcing here’s another inside source bit of info: Confetti and balloons may be released upon the reporting on Manny and the Dodgers on the newest cable all-one-sport network.
