Landon Donovan coming back to the Galaxy

Well, at least the Galaxy is getting back one of its stars.

The team announced today that Major League Soccer’s leading goal scorer last season, Landon Donovan, is returning to the Galaxy, as expected, after his winter loan to the German club Bayern Munich.

Donovan will start training with the Galaxy on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, there are continuing negotiations to finalize a deal so that David Beckham can finish out his season with AC Milan before he returns to the Galaxy in July.
