It's Lakers Noche Latina night Tuesday

The NBA is hosting Noche Latina night in 10 markets around the country. Tuesday is Noche Latina night for the Lakers as the Lakers face Memphis at Staples Center, and maybe a little something different can shake them out of their two-game losing streak doldrums.

The NBA is presenting the Noche Latina initiative this season in 10 markets with a sizable Latino population, including Los Angeles, as a way to appeal to a fast-growing fan base, according to the NBA.

During the Fox telecast, Noche Latina theme music will be played; there will be pregame and in-game features on the Lakers' Pau Gasol and the Grizzlies' Marc Gasol; interviews with Lakers Spanish language broadcasters Pepe Mantilla and Fernando Gonzalez; and a look at all the Spanish-speaking players in the NBA.
