According to a report in VeloNews, cyclist Dave Zabriskie’s Salt Lake City home was robbed while Zabriskie was busy finishing second in the Amgen Tour of California which ended Sunday in Escondido.

During the race several bikes were stolen from the Astana team during the Sacramento stage, including Lance Armstrong’s time trial bike which was returned anonymously to police three days later, in time for Armstrong to ride the bike in the Solvang time trial.

Armstrong is amassing his Twitter army to help recover Zabriskie’s pilfered property as well.
