Barry Bonds' ex-trainer Greg Anderson could be jailed again

Anderson SAN FRANCISCO -- Greg Anderson, Barry Bonds' former trainer, told a judge today that he did not intend to testify in Bonds’ upcoming perjury trial in San Francisco.

U.S. District Court Judge Susan Illston told Anderson that she would have to order him jailed during the trial if he refused to take the stand. Anderson has previously served more than a year in prison for refusing to talk about Bonds.

Prosecutors told Illston that they would decide by 3 p.m. today whether to appeal her decision to exclude critical evidence in the case. An appeal could delay the trial by many weeks or even months.
