USC's Mark Sanchez declares for NFL draft
USC quartertback Mark Sanchez, as expected, announced this morning at Heritage Hall that he will declare himself eligible for the NFL draft.
He is expected to be one of the top two quarterbacks drafted in the first round.
He made the announcement at a news conference at USC.
