Nittany Lines, a blog written by Morning Call sports editor (and Penn State alumnus) Bill Kline, today showcases "The Ultimate Penn State Football Trivia Quiz." Kline, who has followed the team for 35 years, admits to knowing some of the answers prior to doing his research.

Q: Who was Joe Paterno's first bowl opponent as head coach?
A: JoePa and Penn State tied Florida State, 17-17, in the Dec. 30, 1967, Gator Bowl. (Bill Peterson, not Bobby Bowden, was coach of the Seminoles.)
