Spero Dedes has a day and a night job this Sunday.

Dedes is a host on the NFL Network’s ‘NFL GameDay Morning’ show that is expanding from two hours to three this Sunday. He will have Alex Flanagan as a cohost for the first hour (starting at 6 a.m. PT). The show also features Marshall Faulk, recent ‘Dancing With the Stars’ runner-up Warren Sapp and correspondent Adam Schefter.

After he takes a nap, Dedes will report for his Lakers radio duties at Staples Center when Los Angeles hosts Minnesota at 6:30 p.m.

Dedes has hosted the NFL show all season, and he says the most difficult thing is going to bed early on Saturday.

‘I’ll have to get up at 2:15 this week, head to the studio in Culver City, go on the air at 6. After the show I’ll walk out, head home to the South Bay, try to get three or four hours of sleep then head to Staples. I know I’ll be up Saturday because I’m always anxious to get the show going, but it is such an incredible opportunity I could never say no.’
