In a nice little twist, Kobe Bryant will play against three of his Olympic teammates during the Lakers’ four-game trip that begins tonight in Miami.

Bryant, Dwyane Wade, Dwight Howard and Chris Paul were members of the U.S.A. Olympics men’s basketball team that brought home the gold medal.

Bryant will play against Miami Heat guard Wade, who leads the NBA in scoring (28 points per game), tonight at American Airlines Arena.

Bryant will play against Orlando Magic center Howard, who leads the league in rebounds (14.1) and blocked shots (3.8), Saturday night.

Bryant will face New Orleans Hornets point guard Paul, who leads the league in assists (11.9) and steals (2.82), Tuesday night.

Bryant said it’s a fun time for the Olympians to see each other and catch up.

‘We know what we went through together,’’ Bryant said. ‘It’s fun to be able to have that rapport with each other. It’s kind of like a fraternity that nobody else is really a part of. It’s special.’’
