Lakers guard Kobe Bryant is honoring a new friend during tonight's game against the Miami Heat.

Brenda Klopfstein, who is battling ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease), gave Bryant a red bracelet following Tuesday night's game with the New York Knicks at Staples Center.

Bryant is wearing the bracelet on his left wrist during tonight's game.

The Dream Foundation granted the Port Hueneme resident's wish to meet Bryant.
