Say it your way and it may get in Fab Forum's 'Say It Again!'

November 2, 2008 |  3:45 pm

We get comments. The Fabulous Forum gets lots of comments -- more than 2,200 since we launched this blog less than six weeks ago.

And so last Monday, we posted the first "Say It Again!" -- the 10 best comments of the previous week as chosen by the editors. It is posted every Monday at noon.

This is a chance for your comments to reach a wider audience -- to reach people who otherwise never would have looked at the post that triggered your comment. We print the author's sign-on name on these top 10 posts, so if it suits you, add your full real name the next time you send in a comment.

As with last week's "Say It Again!," we print negative comments (even those that rip us) along with positive ones.

We look at writing ability, critical thinking, creativity and humor -- and not necessarily in that order. A reminder, though, that the Los Angeles Times' policy is to not post any comments that use obscenities, profanities or are in any way vile or threatening.

The comments in "Say It Again!" will be in the order of David Letterman's Top 10, the last one being best. The week's window ends at Sunday midnight. So there is still time to catch our attention for the next "Say It Again!"

And keep the comments coming.
