CMA winners: Underwood, Chesney, Titans

12:30 PM, November 13, 2008

Carrie Underwood and Kenny Chesney won big awards at Wednesday  night's Country Music Awards.

But, in the non-singing category, no one came out bigger winners than the Tennessee Titans.

On last night's show, Kid Rock sang while wearing the No. 2 jersey of Titans kicker Rob Bironas. Lil' Wayne, the rapper, wore the No. 28 of running back Chris Johnson. Billy Ray Cyrus, who has written a new song with his daughter, Miley Cyrus, that they hope will become the Titans' theme song, also gave a shout-out to the team.

Titans players earlier this year performed in a CMA charity softball game.

And the Titans' cheerleaders danced in the CMA's Music Fest.

The Dallas Cowboys might be the country's Team. There is no doubt the Titans are country music's team.

Do not use someone like Kid Rock as a performer. He sets a terrible example to everyone because of his life style.
What was wrong with the sound for Taylor Swift's performance? She deserved better technical support.

Hello to all ! Great site. I am new here greetings to all from Poland.
