State of Washington dominates Bottom Ten

Wash

Steve Harvey's Bottom Ten (no relation to me) on latimes.com today has Washington No. 1 and Washington State No. 2.

It could be reversed had Washington State not won the time of possession battle in a 0-69 loss Saturday to USC.

USC makes its debut in the rankings because of that lapse.
