This is my first day in London and we are coming off yet another disappointing loss to a good Buffalo Bills team, who I believe we will see again.

Although it was disappointing, there were a lot of positives in the game. For example, we played hard, we had energy, and we were physical. The one thing that we were lacking was the big plays. We had absolutely no big plays on defense, and in order to win games in this league you have to make plays when you are given the opportunity.

I’m still not acclimated to this time change. My body and mind are going crazy trying to get adjusted. I’m going to try and get as much rest as possible and still try and find time to sight see and be a bit of a tourist.

The one thing that I’m trying to do is make sure that I treat this like a business trip because it’s always important to get a win going into the bye week. By beating the New Orleans Saints at Wembley on Sunday, we can start to build some momentum going into the second half of the season, which we need.
