Another official Pac-10 embarrassment

Will Pac-10 administrators publicly censure the officials of this Oregon-UCLA game same as they came down on Stanford Coach Jim Harbaugh last week for expressing his distaste with conference officials?
Because how was that head-to-the-head tackle that sent UCLA receiver Terrence Austin off the field with his neck immobilized not flagged? That is supposed to be against the rules, aiming for the head. And by every television replay it sure looked as if Austin's head was targeted.
I hope UCLA Coach Rick Neuheisel comments about that hit and the lack of penalty. Let's see if he gets lectured, too.

Forget about it. Everybody knows the Pac-10 has the worst officials in all of football. Nothing new here. Move along.

You believe his head was targeted? How? He went up into the air and fell backwards, he was anything but stationary. The defensive player was rushing towards him to tackle him after the reception. It looked like the defensive player was simply rushing towards a receiver.
