Chivas USA striker Ante Razov (pictured at right earlier this season), who strained his right calf in Saturday’s 2-1 win over the Kansas City Wizards, will miss Saturday’s game against D.C. United in Washington, the MLS club said Tuesday.

Depending on how Razov, the second-leading goal scorer in league history, responds to treatment, he could be back in time for Chivas’ final regular-season road game, at San Jose the following weekend.

The only player to have scored more MLS goals than Razov, D.C. United’s Jaime Moreno, also will miss Saturday’s game while serving a one-game suspension for a red card earned during the team’s loss at Dallas on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Chivas defenders Carey Talley and Jonathan Bornstein could be available Saturday at RFK Stadium after recovering from concussions. Midfielder Paulo Nagmura remains questionable because of a right knee sprain.
