You really need to write this thing, otherwise why bother to have it here?
It's now 11.30 pm on Friday night and your last post is the four words, 'Jurors have broken for lunch.' Surely they may have gone home by now. When di they go home? Are they off for the weekend? What's the thinking on how it might be going? After all, they have just one charge to consider which should speed things up, no? There are all sorts of interesting things to discuss.Or have you basically packed this blog in now the main part of the trial's over?
Come on guys, can a paper that's losing tens of thousands of readers a year afford to be so lame in its online reporting? This is a major trial, it's being watched around the world and it's happening in your parish.
I want to thank you for these updates. It is frankly, in my estimation, the # 1 story that any journalist could be covering in the US right now and the service the writers on this blog serve to her citizens is invaluable. God bless you and God bless America and God Bless the Troops.
