Spector's gun stance

In a transfixing moment, Spector stood in court this afternoon and held out his arm, finger projecting like the barrel of a gun. His lawyer had asked him to demonstrate the position.

He stood for about 20 seconds. He held his arm steadily. He did not blink.

Shortly thereafter, Baden reiterated his key conclusion:

“To a reasonable degree of medical, certainty there is no evidence that Mr. Spector’s finger was on the trigger when the gun discharged intraorally in her (Lana Clarkson’s) mouth.”

For good measure, Baden added that to a reasonable degree of certainty, Clarkson shot herself.

Oh,my,my: Dr. Baden had this new revelation to explain the extra fluid in Lana's lungs which would explain coughing and sneezing on Phil's clean white jacket after 41/2 years of pondering. For 41/2 years none of his attorney's and Dr.Baden never discussed this issue with Phil, who kept his team guessing as the legal costs increase. Known as a penny pincher, he could if he wanted, tell just a tad, what happened after the shot. If this is true, another thought as so called bias as I and my little dog are. After Phil shot Lana, he struggled with her while attempting to pull his gun out. Jackson made him look like an idiot, Plourd made him look like a puppet, kicking him more often that not, when he forgot what he was suppose to say. Hang your head low Dr. Baden you broke my doggy's heart, and get a haircut .

The reason that very little blood was found on Spector's clothes, is that he was NAKED when he shot Clarkson. He probably got mad after he took off his clothes and found she had fallen asleep in the chair and was snoring with her mouth open. Remember he bought her home for sex

So in anger he shot her, and then ran for the shower after he came to his senses. He probably splashed some blood on his jacket in his haste to get cleaned up.

Case closed: Phil did it.

These so-called experts might have more credibility if they worked for one side or the other, exclusively. Baden, Lee, et al are hiring guns, and will work for either side. They will say whatever the hightest bidder needs them to say. And in the case of Lee, will hide evidence if necessary.

Oh,my: My doggy wants to revisit the fluid in the lungs issue. I do not have a degree in doctorlogy but I,m sure Dr. Pena is prepared for tues, with the reason. I suspect the reason is a simple one. Remember Nicole and Ron ? Well they bled out do to gravity for the reason being that one was laying level with the ground. Lana was not, she was in the almost seated position similar to auto accident fatalities in a seated also. She die instantly but her heart continue to beat, pumping the blood through the carroted arteries back to the damage vesseles then down through the esophagus into the stomach which filled. 12 hours latter Lana is now placed in a level position for transportation. The fluid now moves back to head area and entered the trachea or wind-pipe thus entering the lungs. There was very little blood for such and injury at the crime scene, The blood was staying inside Lana. If Dr. Pena says something simlar . My doggy wants me to ask for $25,000 the same as Dr. Baden received for his B.S. WOOF

Doesn't Mr. Spector's statement to the limo drive while holding the gun in his bloody hand, "I think I killed someone" count for anything? Sounds like a confession to me. Prosecutor is cute.

I've been watching this trial everyday and thank you LA Times for broadcasting it.

Spector is a manipulator and a sociopath. I believe he would do absolutely anything to avoid going to jail. He's hired these expert-witness hacks that contradict each other, make ridiculous statements and worst of all - throw dirt on the poor woman he shot.

Notice how rock steady his hand was in demonstrating how he held the gun - where was the palsy? And notice the complete lack of affect? - zero expression? He looked like a zombie.

An speaking of zombies, I have lost count of how many times he's fallen asleep during this trial. I want to crawl through the computer, slap the sleepiness out of him and scream, "Wake up, you little putz! It's only your murder trial! " Is he so confident that he's going to get off that he thinks he can catch a few winks during the boring parts? (Although everyone has noticed how he comes right awake whenever they put up something gruesome on the ELMO.
It's sick.)

But this is an educated jury and I pray they will see this crime for what it is (murder 2) and send Mr. Spector to prison.

When the defense hoisted old Phil out of his chair and gave the jury a nice little picture to take with them over the three day weekend, I about fell out of my chair!

My comment is this: She was an actress, a woman and all women are vain. The two things that convince me she didn't kill herself are the fact that she went shopping that day for flat heeled shoes to work in. If she wasn't planning on working anymore, then why get the shoes. Second, Her tooth was broken. Now if you are going to kill yourself, you don't take aim and shoot through your own tooth. That one fact without even considering all the other very damning evidence makes me feel certain that Spector is guilty.
