Jurors take Clarkson's seat

Jurors walked through music producer Phil Spector’s home this morning, with four sitting in a chair positioned where Lana Clarkson was found after he allegedly murdered her four years ago.

The four tried to recreate “the position in which she was found,” said Linda Deutsch, the pool reporter.

The tour of the crime scene was the penultimate act of the trial that began April 25. This afternoon, back in a courtroom in downtown Los Angeles, jurors will hear a final witness for the prosecution.

Jurors also drew up a list of ten questions they presented to Judge Larry Fidler and lawyers.

Spector welcomed jurors to his home in casual attire, a long-sleeved blue T-shirt, sweat pants and sandals.

Were the jurors allowed to sit in the chair? Isn't there a big appellate issue for Scott Petersen because the juror's got inside Scott's fishing boat and rocked it back and forth, i.e., an unauthorized "experiment" by the jurors?

DE SOUSA WAS A MILITARY MAN, AND HE WAS AWARE OF A GUN SHOT SOUND!!!!!!!!!!!. IF THE OFFICERS WHO WERE INTERVIEWING HIM COULD HAVE GOTTEN AN INTERPRATOR, AND THERE HE WOULD HAVE EXPLAINED FASTER. WHEN WE MAKE A CALL THE OPERATOR WILL SAY "PRESS 1 FOR ENGLISH", AND I CAN COMPREHEND SPANISH, AND THE OPERATOR WILL SPEAK SO RAPIDLY, BECAUSE I DID NOT PRESS # 1 FOR ENGLISH.

Hope it wasn't the same chair where Lana Clarkson was sitting on. I would have a nightmare if I were on of them. Even if it wasn't the same chair . . . .

No appeal on the boat. Jurors are able to handle and fully examine evidence, like peterson jurors getting in the boat. They were not experimenting. The real chair is in evidence, a similar chair was put in the foyer.

Nice and clean. The killer goes down.
