Juror misconduct claim dropped
This morning, Judge Fidler cleared a juror who had responded to inquiries from a Los Angeles Times reporter of any wrongdoing. Jurors were told not to discuss the case with anybody. Lawyers for the newspaper reported the contact, made by a writer for the Calendar section of the paper. Fidler had examined e-mail traffic between the juror and the reporter in reaching his decision. “No improprieties took place on the part of the juror,” Fidler said. But he termed the actions of the reporter “questionable to say the least.”

I have known Phil Spector since I was a teenager.
This man is NOT getting a fair trial! Lana Clarkson, already typed on her computer HER LIFE. Yes, her life ended just like it happened. She committed suicide.
Now poor Phil, has to pay for Lana's bazaar life! I feel sorry for the jury they are not hearing the whole picture or story. Why doesn't the judge just blind fold the jury on justice? Please feel free to google, these statements. No, I don't dislike judges. My ex was a federal judge.

OMG, this trial is like a Daniel Steele novel. I feel terrible for Donna, Lana Clarksons mother.
I have some question..........
Why would any woman get into a car with a man that the police said "Was wreaking from alcohol"?
Phil had his driver, drive both of them to Lana's car and than move Lana's car from the employees parking lot to the street. Are you going to tell me Lana could NOT smell?
Why would a woman leave with a man that she called Ms.?
This whole trial is beyond bazaar!
No way would my friend Phil Spector hurt anyone, he is the kindest man you could meet.
Phil's home is a real castle not just his home. Why are people so jealous of his wealth? I would love to live in Phil's castle and so would you. The parties were so much fun and a lot of nice kind people too boot.
Hope the whole truth will come out and justice will be carried out.
Funny how the judge allowed things from Phil's past 30 years ago but NOT Lana's that was less than 14 years ago!
Justice just maybe blind.

well i knew lana clarkson the way you knew your "friend" phil spector and SHE'S not getting a fair trial... LANA WOULD NEVER KILL HERSELF...PHIL KILLED HER AND HE'S JUST ANOTHER CELEB PAYING BIG BUCKS TO NOT ROT IN JAIL. NOW HE'S NOT JUST A PSYCHO, HE'S A MURDERER.

Phil Spector, had dozens of young beautiful women after him.
He was slumming with Lana.
Phil also dated Nancy Sinatra, for a very long time.
Phil, would never have taken home this nut job but she got into his car.
Tells us all a lot about her morals, she even had Phil's DNA on her breast and her DNA on his penis.
