'He was going to blow my brains out'

A woman named Diane Ogden verged on tears as she described a night in 1989 at Spector's Pasadena home, when she said Spector threatened her with a gun. Ogden held her hand in the shape of a pistol, pointing it at her temple, nose and forehead. "he put it all over me," she said. "He said he was going to blow my brains out."

When the trial broke for 15 minutes, Ogden sat on a bench outside the courtroom. Spector, who had stared without expression during her testimony, stood a few feet away conferring with his lawyer, Bruce Cutler.

There is something wrong with the women. He holds her at gunpoint at his home, she's soooooooo terriified that she falls asleep! Then goes back again for a second gun incident. Oh and the attempted rape comment, on the stand she said that, but never told anyone else that. It wasn't in any report. And her clarifying for the record that she was forced to testify. Wrong she did that willingly. California can't make Utah resident testify if they don't want to. She wanted her 15 min. of fame!
