Family ties

Citing bicoastal concerns, Judge Fidler cancelled court this coming Thursday to give lawyers a quick getaway for the long holiday weekend. Fidler said he was acting “out of deference for counsel on the East Coast, who should occasionally be allowed to see family and friends.”
