 Dalia (Carly Chaikin) helped by her therapist (James Lipton) in this new episode (8:30 p.m. ABC).

Nova: The new episode “Deadliest Tornadoes” looks at the science behind the April 2011 tornado outbreak, the worst in decades (9 p.m. KOCE).

This new hidden treasure series follows a master auctioneer at work (9 p.m. History).

Ghost Hunters:
The season premiere of the supernatural investigation series, begins the countdown toward the final episode of series regular Grant Wilson (9 p.m. Syfy).

Man v. Food Nation:  
Adam samples a four-tier cheeseburger in the season premiere (9 p.m. Travel).

Don’t Trust the B— in Apartment 23:
Krysten Ritter has the title role in this daring new sitcom as a ruthless, manipulative New Yorker who rips off her starry-eyed Midwestern roommate (Dreama Walker) (9:30 p.m. ABC).

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit:
Benson (Mariska Hargitay) hay have wrong man go to prison for rape. With Andre Braugher and Harry Connick Jr. (10 p.m. NBC).

America Revealed: In the premiere of this new series, host Yul Kwon looks at the achievements of agriculture (10 p.m. KOCE).

Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew: The dance competition series returns (10 p.m. MTV).

Baggage Battles:  Purchasers buy lost airline luggage sight unseen in yet another new hidden treasure series (10 p.m. Travel).


The Angels visit the Minnesota Twins (5 p.m. FSN); the Pittsburgh Pirates visit the Dodgers (7:30 p.m. FS Prime).

NHL Playoffs (4 and 6:30 p.m. NBCSP).

The Clippers visit the Oklahoma City Thunder (5 p.m. FS Prime); the Lakers visit the San Antonio Spurs (5:30 p.m. KCAL)
