New Girl:
Jeanne Tripplehorn (“Basic Instinct”) guest stars as Russell’s (Dermot Mulroney) ex-wife on a new episode of the sitcom (9 p.m. Fox).

Raising Hope:
This off-beat comedy about a multi-generational family ends its season (9:31 p.m. Fox).

“Anchorman’s” Steve Carell and Paul Rudd re-teamed for this quirky 2010 comedy (10 p.m. Cinemax).


The NHL playoffs continue as the Predators play the Red Wings (4:30 p.m. NBCSP) and the Coyotes battle the Blackhawks (6 p.m. CNBC).

The Dodgers visit the Brewers (5 p.m. KCAL) and the Angels host the Athletics (7 p.m. FSN).

The Celtics meet the Knicks (5 p.m. TNT) and the Lakers welcome the Spurs (7:30 p.m. FS Prime, TNT).
